NeuralOrbs ("we", "us") builds software products for businesses and individuals. This page explains, in plain terms, how we handle information on this website and across our products.
This website
This marketing website does not require an account and does not run advertising trackers. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the details you choose to send (name, email, phone if you add one, and your message) so that we can reply.
Merp
Merp works offline and needs no account. Your shop records stay on your device. We do not receive them.
BizPal — what we hold
BizPal is a cloud service, so it holds what you put into it: your account details (email or phone number), your business profile and the page you publish, your catalogue and prices, the business address you enter, any documents or photos you send us to read, the voice and text messages you use to run it, and a record of the AI usage you are billed for. The app does not track your device location. Your published page is public by design — everything else is private to your business.
How BizPal uses it
Only to provide the service you asked for: to build and keep your page current, to let nearby customers find and contact you, and to answer your questions from your own records. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your business content to train AI models for anyone else.
Who processes it for us
BizPal runs on Google Cloud in India (Mumbai region). We use a small set of specialist providers, each only for the part it performs: Google Cloud for hosting, storage, the database and AI models (Vertex AI / Gemini, Speech-to-Text) and for maps and place search; Firebase Authentication for sign-in; OpenAI as a fallback AI provider when our first choice is unavailable; Sarvam AI for Indian language speech; Meta and Twilio to deliver WhatsApp messages; and Razorpay to take payments. Razorpay handles card details directly — we never see or store them.
How long we keep it
Your business data is kept while your account is active. If a plan lapses, your page is taken down after a short grace period but the data is retained so you can come back. If you delete your account, your business data is removed immediately — except anything we must keep by law: invoices and payment records, which we retain for the period Indian tax law requires, detached from the customer, product and staff records that are deleted. Operational logs are kept for a short window for security and debugging.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your BizPal account yourself at any time, and it takes effect immediately — no request, no waiting period. In the app, go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account. From a browser, and without installing the app, use bizpal.neuralorbs.com/delete-account. What happens depends on your role. If you own the business, deleting removes the whole business: products, orders, expenses, customers, chats, uploaded documents and knowledge-base content, and your published page goes offline. Anyone on your team loses access straight away, though their own accounts remain. If you are a team member, deleting removes your account and your personal details; the entries you recorded stay in the shop's books without your name attached, because they are the owner's business records. Deletion cannot be undone and there is no backup. Your page link is retired and is never reassigned to another business, so a QR code or link you printed can never point at someone else's shop. If you cannot sign in, email support@neuralorbs.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
Your other choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask for a copy of your business data. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Data security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each business's data is isolated at the database level, uploads are virus-scanned before we process them, and access to production systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Children
Our products are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
