Before you start
What does it cost?
₹199 a month for Sales Assist, and every feature is included. It comes with ₹199 of AI credits each month. Teams that visit customers can add Field ops for ₹500 a month.
What are AI credits, and what happens when they run out?
Credits pay for the AI work — a question answered, a voice note understood, a document read. They are 1:1 with rupees. Your plan's credits arrive each month and are used within that month; top-ups start at ₹50 and last 45 days. If credits run out, the AI pauses until you top up — your records stay as they are.
Is anything free?
Onboarding is free: tell Norbs about your business in your language and send your price lists, and it sets up your workspace. To use Norbs — asking questions, voice, documents and field ops — you subscribe to the Sales Assist plan at ₹199 a month.
Do I pay per staff member?
No. Sales Assist is one price for the business, and your team signs in with their own logins. Field ops counts field-staff days, not seats — a day is used only when someone actually starts their working day.
Which languages does it work in?
English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali and Punjabi — by voice or text. You can mix languages mid-sentence, and Norbs answers in the one you used.
Who can see my business data?
Only you and the team you add. Your records, documents and questions stay private to your business. We do not sell them or use them to advertise to you. See our Privacy Policy for how they are processed and stored.
Can I get my data out, or delete it?
Yes. You can delete your account and its data yourself — in the app, or at bizpal.neuralorbs.com/delete-account. For a copy of your business data, email support@neuralorbs.com.
